What about latino brown men
Congratulations Dr. DeRoo, I remember you from NHCL and I am glad to see you thriving. You look great! 🎉🎉
Thank you for the advice. I desperately need help with my anger.
This is great!!!!
We have to read or find what is drug and how Then easy to finding points
What a legacy and testimony these kids have. It's so touching and powerful
So much was well said, with rich, helpful language, incl: "People Groups," noting the "objective & Subjective" cultural domains & more! Still--instead of privileging a linear frame of "Competence-TO-Humility--(implying a rejection of ALL prior findings) could we consider the inclusive use of BOTH. Why not view Cultural Humility as an always extant, newly emphasized and essential FEATURE of Cultural Competence? This would honor so much earlier BIPoC scholarship, affirm the stance & features of Humility, & restore the originally intended commitment, to the highest aspirations for life-long learning of multicultural engagements.
How tf do you smoke weed out a apple
B
They keep in there breast or in there underwear or i a hidden compartment in there car they are getting smarter sometimes your neighbors may be the drug dealer supplying your son or daughter. Stay safe
Cindy looks like shes used a handful of uppers in her day lol
Thank u for talking about this.
These are the most annoying moms they prolly went home and started hiding apples 😂
The Betty Ford clinic is for the elite. Only the rich and famous are allowed.

I'm in awe (and in tears) of you, Betty Ford!
Dear Betty, you were the most affective First Lady. We women really liked you. We liked your husband too. Hope you have enjoyed your DC days. Remember always…..your the best.
hello Joan how are you feeling today?
Betty Ford’s honest and candid admission of who and what she was …”an alcoholic” certainly helped millions of people living in denial of their own active addiction to recover… one day at a time through 12th Step recovery. If you are reading this or somehow stumbled across this in the middle of the night and are wondering how your life got to this point…we have all been there….come and join us. Your new life awaits! ✨❤️✨
hello Anna how are you feeling today 😘?
hello Ann how are you feeling today?
This understanding of perspective is extremally key to how you will go about raising your child. I would rather want my child ask me questions about drugs and what they are rather than them keep it a secret and ask friends or strangers. I would rather my child try a drug in a safe environment around people that would understand how it will affect you and what to do if something goes wrong. at least this is my philosophy, but to see my child pursue these things but not ask me first is concerning not because of the inherent trouble and legality of it. Rather, what is my relationship with my child? Why would they see it necessary to hide something as important as this from me? IDK, it might be because I would want a friendship/comfortable relationship with my child rather than being a overruling dictator of their lives. because it would be foolhardy to believe 100% that they will not do something because I told them too. Human beings are the embodiment of chaos on earth. so to educate your children as early as possible about everything that is dangerous that they will come across their lives is important. hiding that reality will introduce curiosity no matter what. I am not saying to hand out drugs to your kids but heck at least tell them that it exists and that it can be dangerous if not taken with responsibility.
I understand this but no kid is going up there parent and sayin I want to try drugs . We all tell kids drugs are bad and they have programs for that . Kids are gonna be influenced and curious. It’s how you handle it when you find out and make sure they steer clear and learn what can happen . Most of the time it’s too late
Betty Ford got help which in turn helped millions. Nancy Reagan's Just Say No campaign was ridiculous.
Yes, Betty was amazing. "Just say no" was well intended but naive. It wasn't ridiculous so much as futile.
Agree when u share something difficult & personal in your life you never know how many others u have helped
I'm a teenager and honestly theys talks at youth clubs and parents punishing you doesn't work. Fact it makes you want to do worse. It's also crazy how oblivious adults are to things such as alcohol and drug use. So you people defo need to study the teenage brain a lot more.
Corporal punishment is abusive and adults think that it is the solution to every problem.
So what do you suggest as a kid ? Since you tried it that it’s ok to keep doing it ? A kids brain doesn’t understand the concept of what can happen if you do drugs side effects and long term . Kids are going to try things . You can’t expect a parent to over react and try punishment. You wouldn’t understand until you get older
@@hix9306 fair enough but I think the best approach would to do it with them or give them so much they get put off for life or the next couple years and yeah doing cannabis and shrooms and ket has Affected me in 100 different ways so I understand what you're saying but some people don't reach you in the best way and it can make your mental health situation worse
@@hix9306 most parents have tried it as a kid
@@cesarsalinas4092 oh definitely I see it both way and correct I tried things when I was a kid and luckily I didn’t have addiction mindset and weed caused me anxiety and I haven’t been the same since at age 15 and I still live with that . I no longer smoke it I may drink on occasion. I think the approach when you find out and find out the cause is the best way . I respect your ways tho I’ve heard this approach with others
My room is so cluttered (not messy just a lot of shit) I wouldn't have to be clever at all to hide anything
i think it’s true that a lot of teens experiment and it’s normal, but there’s a difference between one vape and a whole ass dependency. Parents should be more focused on the EXTENT of use. If you find a whole duffle bag full of empty puff bars your kid needs help, whether they want it or not.
Fuck, I thought my half eaten, half bad apple bong was foolproof
That reporter was geeked
This is hilarious 😅😆
Dr DeRoo you are missed at SNVMC. So glad to see you doing what you love and thriving.

Yes! Thank You and Congratulations Dr. DeRoo.
Congratulations, Dr. DeRoo!
That’s only admitted too I can tell you first hand at least 30 percent Edit: for weed.
Not all avoidant behaviour is meant to cause harm on others. I'm not racist or mean. I just avoid watching movies cause they are mostly centered around white people, in Europe or America and white culture. I relate to none of tthat and am way past the age of being amused by it. That isn't racism at all so people need to be more sensible. May Jesus Christ bless you all.
Lmao every teen is going to do it best thing parents can do is give it to them otherwise they would just get in trouble buying it at some point
haven’t done anything
Yea smart answer
Spoken like someone who needs to justify their choices.
Equality!!!! That’s the way. Typical “woke” way to ensnare you. Take a look at all the homeless. They are of all races and colors. Grow the ……. Up and walk the streets.
I was there. 10yrs. old. Happy healthy event for families that were affected by chemical use!

Come to Jonesborough, Tennessee and get a good dose of racial abuse but don't expect the mental health system to acknowledge racial trauma in Washington County, TN... It's like 80 years behind the times in Jonesborough / Johnson City, TN
